Every night: There’s an NHL playoff hockey game each and every night this week. Life is good! Click here to get the deets on game times.
Tuesday-Sunday: The Toronto Blue Jays are playing almost every day this week. And, they’re exciting as heck to watch again, thanks to rookie sensation Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (ppsstt, don’t know who we’re talking about? Read last week’s newsletter here). The Jays have won their last three games, including yesterday’s 5–4 win in extra innings against the Oakland Athletics, and are now .500 (14-14) on the season. Let’s go, boys!
Wednesday or Thursday: The OHL Championship Series starts Wednesday or Thursdaywith your Ottawa 67s still waiting to see who they’re facing off against. It will either be the Guelph Storm or the Saginaw Spirit. In the meantime, the boys have been giving back to their community, filling sandbags along Armitage Avenue in the Constance Bay community, and bringing them to some of the homes hit hardest by the Ottawa River flooding. Good kids.
